Terms & Conditions

By accessing or purchasing from Me Plus More, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use the Me Plus More website, learning platform and workshops. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. You are welcome to ask a family member or support worker to read them with you.

1. About us

Me Plus More Pty Ltd (“Me Plus More”, “we”, “us” or “our”) runs an online platform that helps people with intellectual disability build independence, confidence and life skills. You can contact us at hello@meplusmore.com.au or PO Box 210, Clayfield QLD 4011.

2. Who can use Me Plus More

You can sign up if you are 18 or over, or if a parent, guardian or support person sets up and manages the account with you. Family members and support workers are welcome to use the platform alongside the person they support.

3. Your account

Please give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

4. Plans and free trial

We offer a 5-day free trial so you can try the platform before you pay. After the trial you can choose a plan: Silver is $45 per month and Gold is $55 per month (both include GST). Each plan gives you a new topic every month with weekly lessons. Gold also includes printed workbooks and cheat sheets posted to you. We will always show the current plans and prices on our Plans page.

5. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly and continue until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Prices may change from time to time, if they do, we will let you know before your next payment.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. To cancel, [insert how, e.g. use the “Cancel” option in your account, or email hello@meplusmore.com.au].

7. Refunds

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong with our service, you may be entitled to a remedy. Because our content is digital and available straight away, we do not usually offer change-of-mind refunds once a paid period has started, but please contact us if you are not happy and we will do our best to help.

8. NDIS funding

Many participants use NDIS funding to access learning like ours, depending on their goals and how their plan is managed. Whether you can claim Me Plus More is up to your plan and the NDIS, we cannot guarantee it. We recommend checking with your plan manager or support coordinator first. You are responsible for any payments if funding is not approved.

9. Using the platform properly

Please use Me Plus More for your own learning. Do not share your login, copy or resell our content, or use the platform in a way that is unlawful or could harm others or the service. We may pause or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Our content

All content on the platform, including videos, workbooks, cheat sheets, images and the M+M Framework, belongs to Me Plus More. You can use it for your own learning, but you cannot copy, share, sell or change it without our written permission.

11. General information only

Our content is general information to help you build skills. It is not medical, legal or financial advice. If you need advice for your own situation, please speak with a qualified professional.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we protect it.

13. Availability

We work hard to keep the platform running and up to date, and we add new content regularly. Sometimes we may need to pause the service for maintenance or make changes.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website, with the date it was last updated.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Me Plus More is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
