Meet Your Coach
I’m the founder of Me Plus More, mum of 3 young boys and 2 fish. Plus, I have enough plants to fill a small forest! I also have a bachelor’s degree in applied science and a master’s degree in international public health.
I have worked in a range of disability services in various roles over the past 15 years. As the years went by, I noticed there is a lack of easily accessible online services for people wishing to learn independent living skills. There was also an unfortunate lack of tools and training provided to staff in paid support roles.
These gaps were my inspiration for creating Me Plus More. I believe that everyone, no matter their ability, has the right to work towards their independence and access the tools to do so.
“Me Plus More is built on the foundation that everyone has the right to work towards their independence and have access to the appropriate tools to do so.”

Our Team
A passionate team of professionals united by the belief that everyone deserves the right tools to build their independence.
Lillian
Women in the Workplace Stream
Lil has worked at an international company for over 20 years. Even with all that experience, she hadn’t had training delivered in a way that truly made sense for her until she joined our Women in the Workplace program, focusing on workplace skills and participation.
Through Women in the Workplace, Lil had the chance to build skills and confidence on a platform designed just for her, covering topics like communication, teamwork, rights at work, and goal setting. After finishing the program, Lil didn’t stop there, she moved on to our Independent Living Skills program to keep growing her confidence in everyday life.
Lil also joins our online workshops to keep building her employment skills, showing that learning never stops when you have the right support behind you!
Liz
Lizzy has been part of a busy tech company in Sydney for 12 years. But even with all that experience, she didn’t always get training in a way that made sense to her needs until her boss found our Women in the Workplace program.
Through the program, Lizzy got practical, easy-to-understand learning that helped her boost her confidence and pick up new skills like better communication, teamwork, knowing her rights at work, understanding consent, and setting goals that matter to her.
Lizzy has kept that momentum going too, she now joins our workshops to keep building her skills for work and everyday life. She’s showing just how much is possible when learning is clear, supportive, and made just for you!
Naomi
For the past 7 years, Naomi has worked at a fast-paced tech company in Sydney. Although she’s always been dedicated to her job, she didn’t always get workplace training delivered in a way that really clicked for her until her boss introduced her to our Women in the Workplace program.
Through this program, Naomi gained the tools and support she needed to build her confidence and strengthen her skills. She learned how to communicate more clearly, work well in a team, understand her rights at work, feel comfortable setting boundaries, and set goals she feels proud of.
Naomi hasn’t stopped there, she now joins our regular workshops to keep adding to her skills for both work and daily life. With the right support behind her, Naomi keeps proving that learning is always possible when it’s made accessible, practical, and designed with her in mind.
Simon
This past year has been a game-changer for Simon. After working hard and building his skills, Simon landed his dream job at a local bakery and he absolutely loves it! Helping out with all the day-to-day tasks, he’s proud to be part of the team and is thriving in an environment that brings him joy.
On top of that, Simon also moved into a new home with one of his best friends, a huge milestone that’s brought independence, happiness, and a lot of laughs. These big life changes came with challenges, but Simon had the right support network in place to help him make it all happen.
Me Plus More has played a big part in Simon’s journey, giving him the tools, confidence, and encouragement to speak up, make decisions, and build the life he wants. With a strong team around him including his family, friends, his chosen supports, and the M+M community, Simon is living his dream and proud of how far he’s come.
His message? “If you’ve got the right support and believe in yourself, anything is possible.”
Tahli
For the past four years, Tahli has worked at a busy university in Sydney as a project worker, making sure information is written in easy read for everyone to understand. But when it came to her own life, Tahli knew she needed the right support to take her next big step: moving out of home for the first time and living independently.
Through Me Plus More’s Independent Living Skills and Women in the Workplace programs, Tahli learned practical, real-life skills to build her confidence and independence — from budgeting and setting up a safe, happy home, to understanding her rights at work and speaking up for herself.
After finishing the programs, Tahli jumped straight into our live workshops, where she loved learning more about supported decision making, self-advocacy and creating a positive shared home through Housemate Harmony. Now, Tahli is living life on her terms, building skills, feeling empowered, and showing what’s possible when learning is clear, supportive, and made just for you.
Tara
Tara joined Me Plus More to build the skills and confidence she needed to live independently. Before joining, the idea of moving out felt overwhelming, but through the Independent Living Skills topics and self-advocacy workshops, she learned how to choose her own supports, speak up for herself, and prepare for life on her own.
One of Tara’s favourite things about Me Plus More is the easy-to-understand workshops, engaging videos, and rewarding points and badges that celebrate her progress. She loves connecting with others and feels proud every time she completes a workbook or quiz, knowing she’s building real-life skills for her future.
Now, Tara is confidently planning her move into independent living and believes in her ability to succeed. Her message to others is simple: “Give it a go and don’t hold back! Me Plus More helped me believe in myself. If I can do it, so can you!”
