Me Plus More is Australia’s first online membership platform designed specifically for people with intellectual disability. Members access Easy Read resources, practical tools, engaging videos and a supportive community to build confidence, strengthen everyday skills and work towards greater independence at their own pace.
Me Plus More is designed specifically for people with intellectual disability who want to build confidence, strengthen everyday skills and work towards greater independence. Families, support workers and disability service providers can also use the platform to support participants throughout their journey.
Me Plus More was founded by Tara Shekede, who has more than 15 years’ experience working alongside people with intellectual disability, their families and disability service providers. After seeing the lack of accessible capacity building available, Tara created Me Plus More to give people practical, Easy Read tools that build confidence, independence and real-life skills.
Me Plus More is built specifically for people with intellectual disability, not adapted from mainstream programs. Every topic includes Easy Read resources, short videos and practical tools that make capacity building accessible, engaging and easy to follow. Members can work at their own pace while being supported by a welcoming online community.
Me Plus More offers two affordable membership options. Choose between our online membership or a membership that includes printed Easy Read workbooks and practical resources delivered to your door. Visit our Pricing page for current membership options and inclusions.
Yes. We offer a free 5-day trial so you can explore Me Plus More before choosing a membership. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the platform, browse our resources and see if it’s the right fit for you.
No. You can start your free trial without entering any card details. We will only ask for payment if you decide to continue.
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. There are no lock-in contracts.
Yes, many participants use their NDIS funding to access Me Plus More where it aligns with their goals and plan. Funding may vary depending on how your plan is managed and your individual circumstances, so we recommend speaking with your support coordinator, plan manager or Local Area Coordinator if you’re unsure.
No. Me Plus More is not a registered NDIS provider. However, self-managed and plan-managed participants can often access our programs using their NDIS funding when it aligns with their goals. If you have questions about funding, we’re happy to help.
Me Plus More is designed to help participants build practical skills, confidence and independence in areas such as daily living, employment, relationships and digital safety. Our programs support participants to work towards their NDIS goals while tracking their progress and celebrating achievements along the way.
Your membership gives you access to a growing library of capacity building programs, including Independent Living Skills, Work It, Women in the Workplace and Digital Safety 1st. Each program includes Easy Read resources, short videos and practical tools designed to build confidence, everyday skills and greater independence.
Each topic with our programs combines short, engaging videos with Easy Read resources and practical tools to help you build confidence and develop everyday skills. Everything is available online, allowing you to work through the programs at your own pace, whenever and wherever it suits you.
Yes. There is no rush. You can pause, go back and revisit any topic as many times as you like, so you can build your skills at a pace that works for you.
Yes. As you progress through the platform, you’ll earn completion certificates and unlock fun rewards that celebrate your achievements and keep you motivated along the way.

Yes. Individual memberships and facilitated workshops can often be funded through a participant’s NDIS plan when they align with their goals and available funding. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants and are happy to discuss the most suitable funding option for your organisation or participants.

It’s a simple way to support participant development while reducing staff preparation time and maintaining consistency across your service.

Yes. Me Plus More delivers workshops online Australia-wide and also offers face-to-face workshops in many locations. If you’re interested in onsite delivery, simply contact our team to discuss your location and requirements.
Participant progress is tracked through topic completion, knowledge quizzes, achievements and engagement across the platform. Providers also have access to participant reporting, making it easier to monitor progress, celebrate milestones and demonstrate meaningful capacity building outcomes.
Every organisation receives dedicated onboarding and ongoing support from the Me Plus More team. We also provide facilitator resources, regular content updates and practical guidance to help your organisation get the most from the platform and workshops.
